We are Eoin and Yvette Carter. Along with our little helpers Aoife and Ciara, we are now bringing oysters fresh out of the water and straight to your door. We offer next day delivery by courier on orders placed before 10am, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 10am will be processed the following morning and shipped that day. Eoin has been working in the family shellfish business since he was a teenager, so there's very little he doesn't know about growing oysters in Sligo Bay. Coupled with Yvette's business background, we have come together to develop this new venture and bring fresh, premium oysters straight to your table.
