115g butter, softened to room temp
2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 garlic cloves
Pinch of chilli powder
In a mixing bowl or blender, combine the butter, whiskey, brown sugar, garlic, and chilli. Stir or blend in short bursts until well-mixed.
Place a tablespoon of the mixture on each oyster.
Bake the oysters at 220°C until the butter mix is bubbling nicely.
