3 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Cracked black peppercorns
Melt the butter.
Add in all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Place slightly crumpled tinfoil on a baking tray and use this to hold your oysters in place - it will prevent the juice from spilling out. Spoon your mixture evenly over the top of the oysters.
Bake in a hot oven (220°C 425°F Gas mark 7) until breadcrumbs are browned.
